The burrito tortillas are so thin by the time I unwrapped it at home it came all apart and torn in the middle. Essentially I got a bowl instead of the burrito 😒. I ordered a kids meal and the tortillas were stiff. Also received a “free guac and chips” for a bday reward….. omg why does the bag say made fresh everyday!!!???? When all the cups in the bag were STALE. And broken the bag wasn’t even half filled. By the time I got home I noticed this all… what an upset and waste of money.

I was given an excuse that the system was down and that they were short staffed. If that was the case, then why did people after me got their orders before me. It didn’t make any sense. The other ridiculous part was that there were 3 separate employees asking me about my order, and then right at 30 minutes, I was told my order was now being prepared. If that is how Chipotle operates, it is pathetic.
