- JWJim Ward5 days ago2.0Once again went to a Qdoba and ordered a bowl with half chicken half steak. The lady taking my order (had a black shirt on. The manager perhaps?) said I had to pick one. That they could no longer do that because the workers did not know how to portion a half correctly. Ironically, this had occurred at a different location with a different answer (see picture). I had received a response that was incorrect. I even showed her the response I had received previously and she said she did not want to see it. Terrible customer service and not a good representative for the store. I have found the Qdoba location at 27th/college is much more friendly and service oriented. Sounds like some additional training is needed.
