Workers don’t listen, don’t speak English, and are skimpy with the portions. Workers also have bad attitudes and overcharge for the food. Terrible experience, and I’m super mad because this is the location that I work by. I ordered a bowl with chicken and steak, and they tried to charge me $23 for it. Unacceptable.

Just watched every employee change their stations garbage can, behind the counter by the grill, buffet and dining room, NOT ONE OF THEM WASHED THEIR HANDS! went straight to the stations to cook/serve food with DIRTY AH HANDS! no thank you!

Ordered 5 items online for my family and picked up in person, had to go drive back AGAIN because they had forgotten an item on my order… when returning nobody acknowledged my presence as there was only a small group (3) of younger boys in the store and one person checking out at the register (there was 4 workers in the front as well).
When I was finally acknowledged I mentioned that the only pick up bag was mine (birria quesadilla) and received no apology or anything to make up for it - the younger girl handed me my bag with my food tilting upside down and finally fixed it as I was going to adjust the bottom so it wouldn’t fall out of the bag…
When I got home and looked at my food I just had to laugh because I really wasted my time going back for this?? It’s not even made correctly and it doesn’t even look appetizing, I should have just stayed home and made dinner.
I wondered why I haven’t gone to this location in a while and now I was just reminded. This place needs some TLC.

I went to Qdoba and ordered a kids taco meal, just like I have many times before. The employee making my food placed two small tacos in the bowl with brisket, cheese, and queso. I did not ask for two kids meals or request an extra taco—I simply ordered the kids meal and had no control over how many tacos were put in the bowl. When I got to the register, the employee there became very short and rude with me about there being two tacos, as though I had done something wrong. I calmly explained that I had only ordered the kids meal and that the person making the food had prepared it that way. I even told her she could simply remove one of the tacos, which she did.
What bothered me was not having a taco removed—it was the unnecessary attitude and the way I was spoken to as though I had caused the problem. I remained calm and polite throughout the entire interaction. If there is any question about that, I would encourage management to review the cameras. I would also suggest working on customer service skills & menu consistency. I have ordered the kids taco meal from Qdoba around 10 times, and it has come with two tacos every single time until today. If the correct portion is one taco, that should probably be communicated consistently to staff so customers are not made to feel like they have done something wrong when the meal is prepared differently.
