Went for dinner tonite. Sirloin steak , salmon , shrimp and a margarita 100 dollars. Food and drinks were mid at best. Just no value here. Food was hot. Staff was very friendly and did a great job. Just too expensive for what we got.

Hadn't had steak & lobster in many year's in a restaurant, only at home. Was in the mood for the delicious duo, so we decided to go to Outback Steakhouse. Been there a few times when I lived in Illinois, never had any issues- food was great. Went to the location in Greenfield, ordered the dynamic duo for me & my partner. I ordered medium well for my steak. What i got was a rare steak and they left some gray matter on the edges of the lobster tail. My sweet potato was overcooked- i pulled off skin to find a little sweet potato inside. The waitress told the manager & she returned the plate to the kitchen. When she brought it back out, i took a bite of the little piece, that wasn't attached to steak. It tasted great- she stated well that's well done. When I cut into center, it was still rare. I was totally over it by than, and the manager wasn't friendly about the issue either. I didnt ask for a discount or even for her to remove it off bill. I just wanted to eat a medium/ well steak. I never raised my voice or cause a disturbance. The manager seemed upset that I wasn't happy with my meal- and really didnt do anything to correct the situation. She seemed annoyed. I just wanted to pay my bill and leave. I gave the waitress a 20 percent tip, because in no way was it even her fault at all. I believe, the must have hired a cook with no real experience on cooking steak or lobster ( which was overcooked also with the gray matter still attached- yuck!!) I am a very understanding individual , for I have worked in many restaurants in the past. But the way the manager handled this situation, was not in the customer's favor. I did not want anything from her but my food cooked correctly. It was so disappointing to me, that I definitely will not be going to that location anymore unfortunately.

I usually give a place 3 visits before I decided whether it was an occasion or if that how it normally is. Each time, the food was just bad. This time they managed to burn the outside of the steak while leaving the middle cool. My chicken was so dry and wrinkled, it looked like the “underside” of a bull. Table service was average.

The place is pretty, but the booth seats need to be replaced. The sirloin steak was so tough that I would chew a bite then had to spit it out. The potato was so cold that the butter wouldn't melt. Way too spicy, salty seasoning on the tough steak too. The Outback in Florida is delicious, so I have to believe it's a management issue.
