  I love the turkey tom sub that I always order but whenever I ask for extra turkey I've never gotten it once so that's always a let down for me!

  Ordered a bit late and apparently that means i just get the least amount of meat I've ever seen on a jimmy john's sub, on the stalest bread they could find. I understand it might be frustrating when people order food in the last hour of your shift but it's childish and petty to intentionally make the worst sandwich I've ever seen from a jimmy john's in 15 years. Grow up.

  Freaky Slow should be their slogan. Order ahead every time and still wait an average of 10-15 minutes inside for the food to be ready

  So seriously....all I wanted to do was get a sub and leave. But when I walked up to the counter to order all of the 3 employees were laughing hysterically at something. I waited a minute but nobody even acknowledged my existence. I'm usually a paying guest. But I doubt I'll ever return. The lack of professionalism and absolute void of common courtesy is just maddening. I guess basic.. basic customer service is beyond the capability of these individuals. I won't be back.

  They always get my order wrong. I pay extra for things and I don’t get it. Don’t order from here. It’s trash!
