  I came to this location for the 1st time in many years. I decided to go inside and order my food because the drive thru usually screws my order up. First, I was the only person in the place (there were cars driving up) so drive up is the only priority. It took about 10 min at least for anyone to take my order. Very simple: Regular roast beef with melted cheddar cheese and an order of white cheddar Mac 'n cheese. (I don't like the onion bun & special sauce on a beef & cheddar so I order it this way) . Girl kept saying she needed a beef & cheddar & then she'd correct herself. It took over 15 min to get my order. Dude making the food apparently made the sandwich once but put it in a chicken wrapper. Girl put that in someone else's order. (Won't they be surprised!) I waited patiently for them to all snap on each other when they figured it out. Eventually my food was presented to me on a platter, but I had said it was to go. So she handed me a bag and walked away. Thankfully it was the correct sandwich, but I didn't think I had to specify that I preferred the cheese INSIDE the sandwich! The Mac 'n cheese is labeled as extremely HOT. HAHAHA...Hot it is NOT! I don't think I'll be coming back!

  One of the friendliest Arby’s around. Staff was super great. The restaurant was clean. Plenty of parking. Food was delicious. A menu with a great variety of items. Love the fact that you can substitute any side you want. The chicken Cordon Bleu is delicious. The corn beef sandwich is wonderful. The cheesesteak is great and the jalapeño poppers are the best. If you enjoy it, be sure to ring the bell as you exit the door.

  I just wanted to shout out to krystal who was incredibly nice and has been working there for so long. We need more people like krystal! Thank you to everybody who works at this location. I do hope somebody sees this and goes there and tells her she's a great person! My food is always great!
