  First off person was super rude when I came up to the mic second it took almost 30 mins for my order and third I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito easy on the beans no sour cream extra meat cheese added steak and fries and a side of nacho fries. They not only told me they had no fries (refunded me for that but not the extra added to my order ) and then gave me the burrito with literally just beans I u sweat and fast food is annoying but I payed damn near 15$ for it to get a damn bean burrito only kinda pissed

  Im unable to comment on the food. We didn't get to the ordering part at around 5-6 PM May 1, 2026 What was going on was textbook training wreck. Where is management? Or is that who was turning customers away telling us, we only got 2 people. (He was supposed to be one of those 2) This guy standing at the counter, folks lined up in front of him and what he's aching to do is turn the customers coming inside around by telling them, 'we ain't taking no new orders' About that time, here comes the second of the two talking 'I got stuff goin on abs I ain't got time for these people not comin' to work' she goes in the bathroom and I never saw her come out while I was there. Meanwhile, the traffic director is making small talk with a walk in on line order. A predicament he didn't anticipate in his, 'no new orders' policy. A couple other guys were also waiting for orders that were placed when these two were cooking orders that were coming in but I am not sure why news of an employee not coming would all the sudden cause a complete shutdown but some insight came into view when the traffic director, who's not directing anything but doing a great job entertaining thru stall methods the 3 waiting. He admitted that the reason he's not cooking is because he's not trained. Oh my God. When I heard that I knew I was going to hear twilight zone music any second. I couldn't get out of there quick enough and don't worry I'm not returning. You have more worries without worrying about me missing meals. You have a man at the front post not trained how to cook an already cooked taco and yet he's polished enough to be the PR guy in moments of chaos? I wouldn't believe it myself if I hadn't witnessed it myself @ 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂

  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Taco Bell. The service was slow, the staff was unhelpful. I understand busy times happen, but basic communication and accuracy should still be maintained. I hope management takes steps to improve.

  My fiance ordered on the app for us. I stopped to grab it and I never did an online order for Taco Bell before. I waited patiently for a staff member to come help me and the lady working the window kept yelling “I’ll be right with you!” Another gentleman was waiting also. The gentleman told them to cancel his order and he left. As I waited patiently, I heard the lady talking negatively about customers and the lady working was belittling the other staff. She finally came to help me about 15 minutes later and I asked my question, she snapped at me “You just take it!” I apologized for asking and told her that I never did an online order for Taco Bell before. Anyways, I don’t think I’ll be going back or ordering from there again.

  The employees at that store are lazy—they handle orders late, making pickups delayed, and the wait times are long. Even in the drive-thru, it takes around 10 to 15 minutes. At night, they often ignore pickup orders such as Doordash, uber eats and delay them. Their driveway isn’t good, and the parking lot is full of potholes.
