  We went to your store to purchase 2 meals. Your staff member was externally rude. We asked for a side of queso cheese for the chips with the kids meal the staff member said yes it’s in the bag. I checked the bag and it was not in there. I asked for it again she said yes. Then I proceeded to empty the bag and say can we get it a side of queso. She the said no I asked to purchase a side of queso and she said you don’t sell them. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. When I asked her to write her name on the receipt she finally took her ear bud out of her ear and wrote her name on it. The amount of unprofessionalism was ridiculous. Staff members name is Ruimari Manzo. I did reach out to corporate and they sent me a generic apology and did nothing about the issue and with no actual show of what they’ve done to remedy the situation. I honestly hate to sound like a Karen and I don’t normally leave reviews, but it was so bad.

  The owner needs to have a talk with their employees. Rude and lazy. The chicken was very low and burnt I asked for different chicken and they had an attitude. Brown rice needed filled and it was dry asked for more they wouldn’t change it out. Steak was also burnt on our burrito. Asked if they can put my burrito on the grill to crisp it up and also didn’t like that I asked that. Employees need to have better customer service and also serve better quality product.i will say the beef tacos they made after the grilled them for me were so good.

  This location is terrible, not because of the staff itself, it’s because of staffing issues, why are we forcing 4 teenagers to run an entire restaurant, this location had us wait AN HOUR for our food, this is insane. I feel terrible for the employees of this establishment. Get more staff, or shut the store down!

  The steak and shrimp bowl is amazing. It took at least 5 minutes for someone behind the counter to acknowledge me, and I was the only person there. Our drink was missing from our online order.

  I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but the experience continues to be consistently frustrating and disappointing. Most recently, I ordered a Kids Nachos meal, which clearly includes a drink and a side. The employee initially refused to give me the apple juice until another customer behind me stepped in and confirmed that it is included. Even then, she handed it over with a very obvious eye roll. She also refused to provide the side, insisting that the chips counted as the side—which makes no sense, since nachos already come with chips. She argued with me about both items and even complained to someone near the register during the interaction, which was extremely unprofessional. This wasn’t a one-time issue. Every time we order ahead, our order is wrong—either we receive someone else’s food or the ingredients are incorrect. It happens so often that we’ve stopped ordering online entirely and only go in if we want any chance of getting the correct order. It’s unfortunate because this is the closest Qdoba to us, but the lack of accuracy, poor customer service, and overall unprofessional behavior from staff make it one of the worst locations I’ve been to. Based on other Google reviews, it’s clear this is an ongoing issue and not just our experience. Until there are major improvements in staff training and management, I would not recommend this location.
