Older middle aged lady worker proceeds to give me an attitude for not giving her a "heads up" on the order. Telling me it puts them way behind. It's literally your job to make pizza, you're just mad that it was busy and you actually had to work. It had been over a half hour since I had ordered. We ordered online, I came by when YOU said it was ready. If I have to call to give you a heads up it kind of defeats the purpose of conveniently ordering on the website online. Football game at lambeau Field today, and oh yeah, you're a pizza place. You should expect to be busy. And seven pizzas And a few appetizers should not be that much of a problem for a professional pizza place. The attitude and entitlement on these fast food workers is unbelievable. You should be thankful for the business. So unprofessional.

What is so hard about keeping it warm? Why not use the warmers that you have on!!! Pickups are customers too! Plus we didn't get the sauces and seasonings that we ordered. Where's the disconnect people?!!!
