I ordered a simple iced coffee through the app. They made me pull ahead and park, and then 10 people who ordered after me proceeded to be served before me. When I finally got my iced coffee 10 minutes later, it was dark brown like chocolate. I figured they just forgot to put the cream in it and I could put some in when I got home instead of asking for a new one. Well I don't know how it was made because it was absolutely disgusting and undrinkable. I called and spoke with a manager who said she would mail me a coupon. I gave her my address and everything, 3 weeks later no coupon.

Not only are the drinks here never correct (they are always out of syrup or flat and not carbonated, and this has happened every time I have tried to come here for three or four months), but the staff are rude. They say absolutely nothing to you at the window despite my saying the usual “hello” “thank you” and “have a nice day”, I am met with absolute silence. If nobody answers the first window for five minutes, I assume it’s because they want me to pay at the second. I crawl forward, then at the second window I’m met with the first window attendee who acts like I’m trying to steal the food. Had someone just specified at the order menu, or acknowledged my existence at the first window sometime in the five minute wait, neither of us would have had to go through that experience.
I see that there are signs saying you guys are hiring. I am genuinely hoping it’s because you are firing everyone that currently works here and will replace them with competent, pleasant employees whom you actually train this time. Though, it no longer matters much to me as I will never be going to this location ever again. Genuinely, I am never coming back. I’ve gotten better service from homeless people asking me for money at gas stations.
The location closed early but was still accepting mobile orders and had the screens on for a drive thru, leaving alot of people confused and a large drive thru line. I pulled ahead to see the signs they were closed (at the pay and pick up windows) and relayed this back to the line of cars so they could stop waiting. I figured I would be nice and tell the workers still inside that one of their drive thrus was still open, but when they saw me at the window, they just yelled at me that they were closed and ignored me, as if I couldn't read the sign directly in front of me. Place really doesn't give a shit about their customers.
We had to wait over 25min for our food which was a Big Mac,4 nuggets, a McDouble and a small drink which when we went to speak to the manager they were extremely rude and them and the employees were not wearing name tags. In the end they didn’t even hand the food to us they gave it through the mobile order window. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before and they would’ve never allowed service like this where I worked. This was 12-1pm.
Ordered a number 9 meal and a 6pcs nugget with bbq sauce. Got home and opened the bag to a McDouble with a 4pcs with sweet and sour. Granted, I should have checked the bag before I drove off. But after waiting in line for 10mins with only 2 cars I was ready to leave.
