  Ordered catering for a staff lunch and none of our sandwiches had cheese. Pretty disappointing for such a large order.

  I normally enjoy Jimmy John's but this one is disappointing. The staff were decent to me but as they were making sandwiches, they were fooling around to a point of concern. I know its a fast food joint and you should have fun working but making hip thrusts motions into the food prep area was not exactly what I wanted to see. I waited around 10 minutes for my sub as the only walk-in customer. far as the food goes, it was very lopsided. Middle of the sub had meat with the ends just being bread. Bread was toasted to the point of being hard, chewy. Ill skip this location from now on.

  I guess my question would be why would Jimmy Johns partake in any kind of policy that you must be a customer to use the bathroom? I could understand if this was like a law firm or some kind of mortgage lender. We’re talking about a public place a fast food sub shop where patrons can go there to buy food but simply because I’m not buying something at that exact moment even though I drop a lot of money to the company, I can’t use the bathroom? You don’t see any issue with this Jimmy Johns owner? You’re just gonna say you hope you can win our trust back? I mean, I’m sure you have the right to refuse - but zoning any kind of grants, licensing does anything matter how you treat the public of Green Bay? Am I wrong? Can someone tell me any other place you can’t use the bathroom, even though you’re a long tenured customer with said establishment. Never had an issue with using the bathroom at Cousins or Subway. Mickey D’s, BK come to think about it. This is the only place that I’ve patronized that I was denied access to the bathroom for no other reason then I’m not buying something at moment That’s wild not only was denied use; you seem not to care…. Good Lucky with your companies/Business. What if I bought something at noon and needed to use the bathroom a little later around dinner time when I have to buy dinner to use the bathroom or buying a lunch with that suffice?
