  I ordered a sub through the drive-through, and by the time I received my one sub, I had seen customers walk in and out. I understand that finding good help can be challenging, but I can’t comprehend that it took 8 minutes to make a single sub. It was incredibly slow! I strongly advise avoiding this Jimmy John’s. There was no explanation or apology for the long wait.

  Gross ,they gave me burnt bread and food had no flavor,11 dollars.buy hey it's pride and I'm trans and misgendering me just proved to me they would treat any of you that way there gross. Why can't you see what they are making you when cooking it. Get some adults

  My order didn’t only take an hour to get to me but I didn’t receive my drink my sandwich was wrong and idk what I found in my chips but it makes me wanna throw up…

  Yesterday My mom offered me if I wanted Jimmy John’s since I was working all day. My mom went up ready to order and there was a red headed girl who saw my mom but went back and refused to give service to my mom. Eventually someone else came and helped out but still doesn’t make sense why she went back and helped other crew members when there was no other customers? Super disappointing and disrespectful, I don’t know if I would even want to go myself back again after that type of service…

  It took 65 minutes for delivery. The "toasted" sandwich was cold and the bread was not toasted at all. Paid extra for avocado spread and it didn't come with it. Overall, terrible quality and not worth paying for.
