Thumbs down. We ordered for delivery Sunday at 8pm and left a 20% tip. Our sandwiches arrived at 8:33 and mine felt very light. I opened it—it was not right. Bootlegger Club—it had a small amount of turkey and roast beef. The slice of cheese I paid for. None of the vegetables! No tomatoes. No lettuce. We had specifically ordered Jimmy John’s for a healthier veggie filled meal. We called right away—8:35. The manager, Tyler, refused to send out a correct sandwich even though the store was open another 25 minutes and we had tipped well. He said he would credit my account $15 instead. He has not credited the account. I have the receipt and photos of the sandwich. This is awful customer service.
