  We ordered for delivery Sunday at 8pm and left a 20% tip. Our sandwiches arrived at 8:33 and mine felt very light. I opened it—it was not right. Bootlegger Club—it had a small amount of turkey and roast beef. The slice of cheese I paid for. None of the vegetables! No tomatoes. No lettuce. We had specifically ordered Jimmy John’s for a healthier veggie filled meal. We called right away—8:35. The manager, Tyler, refused to send out a correct sandwich even though the store was open another 25 minutes and we had tipped well. He said he would credit my account $15 instead. He has not credited the account. I have the receipt and photos of the sandwich. This is awful customer service.

  Super slow!! Also messed up the order. We ordered two #12's(turkey subs) and neither subs had meat on them. How does that happen?

  I placed an order online. After about 45 minutes the status wasn't showing any longer so I called the store. They said they were out of bread. 5:30 p.m. on a Thursday.
