- YYYaz1 day ago1.0I JUST left this location right now. I come here OFTEN to get my daughter her strawberry donuts. Today my daughter made a screeching sound and a worker thought it was appropriate to say on the speaker “oh she killed her kid” and laugh. I asked for the name of who said that the staff said they’re unable to give me that information. I ordered my donuts went to the window and asked for the manager. She denied that. I asked for their number and corporates she denied that as well. She said there isn’t a manager either. And it’s only her second day so she can’t help so I told her to ask her other staff and they denied it as well. I pulled in the parking lot and went inside there was a manager sitting inside and when asked who the manager was she called out for a different lady to come help, one that refused to help as well. I got everything on video with them denying me numbers and a manager. Very unprofessional and disgusting. Who says that type of bs ??? Then can’t even take accountability or apologize. YUCK. I will be contacting corporate.

- JHJustin HApr 17, 20261.0I love Dunkin but this one is absolutely awful every time I go. I drive an extra 15 minutes to the Howard location on my way to work instead to avoid this one. Howard and Depere locations are significantly better as a heads up.
- LLLinetteApr 16, 20261.03 times Uber Eats and my drink wasn’t filled and my brown sugar bacon Sandwich was burnt. I understand if I asked for less ice then it would be less full but I didn’t. Next time my order is messed up I’m calling corporate.
