  First time eating at dave and busters, il be honest i was hesitant at first but the chili lime boneless wings are amazing!, the staff was friendly and personable. Some games were unplugged but the food is quick for the 9 of us. The manager is very friendly as well, and personally checked in with players and people while eating

  We arrived to D&B right at opening. We did the play and eat. Right away, the hostess stopped us from using the kiosk as using that voids the eat and play (thank you for stopping us!). We ordered our food and cards and scooted off to play games while the food prepped. We were eating in less than 30 minutes and the food was great. We loved it. And the half priced games on Sunday stretched our dollars even further. All in all, totally a great way to spend the day!

  Food came out slow and it wasn’t even busy. Only two of the six orders came out and after 15 minutes the rest. The first part of the orders that arrived were overcooked and already getting cold, the rest of the food came out and the kids pizza was overcooked. The games were okay, but the guy manning the human claw machine was super rude.

  Our evening here started out a lil rocky but they made it right and then we had a great time with the kids in the arcade. Alex our waitress (who was the bartender) was amazing and shes the only reason for this review and her manager at the end of the night made my kids night. Well at least I thought so, MAKE SURE WHEN YOUR PICKING OUT A PRIZE IN THE ARCADE TO INSPECT IT FULLY, WE GOT HOME 2.5HRS AWAY AND IT WAS BROKEN, MY AUTISTIC 17YR OLDS FACE WAS CRUSHED. THE SWITCH FOR THE MOON LIGHT WAS PUSHED ALL THE WAY IN WITH NO RETRIEVING POSSIBLE. I WILL POST PHOTOS. I CONTACTED THE FACILITY, THEY SAID I COULD COME BACK AND REFUND THE POINTS OR EXCHANGE THE ITEM, HELLO I LIVE 2.5 HRS AWAY IM NOT GOONA DRIVE THAT FAR BACK AND FORTH FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY COULD JUST SEND ONE IN THE MAIL AND I COULD SEND BACK THE OLD ONE OR VISE VERSA, THEY WERENT ACCOMODATING AT ALL. I GUESS NEXT TIME ILL SPEND MY $400 AT THE TUNDRA LODGE ARCADE WHERE WE WERE STAYING. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. ALEX THE BARTENDER WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS GREAT

  My son and I recently visited Dave & Buster’s at 431 Bay Park Square in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and unfortunately, what started out as a positive experience quickly turned into a very disappointing one. When we first walked in, we were greeted by one of the associates, who was friendly and helpful. The associate assisted us with purchasing our Power Card and the Eat & Play package, and at that point, everything was going smoothly. We were looking forward to enjoying our visit. Unfortunately, the experience changed completely when we went to the bar to order our food and redeem a coupon code that we had previously purchased. The interaction with the employee working behind the bar was extremely unpleasant. Her tone and responses came across as unnecessarily rude and dismissive, and her overall attitude made us feel as though she did not want to serve us. What made the situation even more disappointing was that, rather than attempting to resolve the issue or simply assist us with the coupon, the employee went to get a manager and apparently characterized us as a problem. A senior manager eventually came out to address us. I requested to speak directly with the General Manager because I felt the situation warranted being addressed by someone in a position of overall responsibility for the location. I was told that he was a Senior Manager and that the General Manager was not available. At that point, I made it clear that I did not wish to discuss the matter further with him and that I would instead take my concerns directly to corporate and provide the details of my experience to the General Manager. The most frustrating part of this experience is that none of this needed to happen. We walked in as paying customers looking forward to having a good time, and the initial interaction with the staff was perfectly fine. A simple request to order food and redeem a previously purchased offer should not have escalated into a situation where we were treated as though we were a problem. Management should take a serious look at how customers are being treated at this location, particularly when they bring a legitimate question or concern to an employee. Customer service and professionalism should remain consistent throughout the entire visit. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I also intend to share my experience with corporate so they are aware of what occurred and can determine whether this is consistent with the level of customer service they expect from their employees and management.
