  im usually not one to leave reviews in general, but my friend and placed a pick up order for chipotle online and sat inside to wait for our food. i never been to this location before so i wasnt too sure where to pick up my order, so i wait in line and pull up the app on my phone just seeing if it was done yet and if so where can i pick it up (already paid for online). im talking to the nice cashier lady and we are just seeing if my order was even complete yet which no problem at all, when out of no where this older lady from the back comes up to me and starts yelling saying “you cant be in here for free things” “need a minimum $5 order” and more. i am super confused because no where in my conversation with the cashier did i say anything about free things, i am just wondering where to pick up my order if it was complete because i havent been to this location before. so i dont understand where she came from because she just came up to me pretty much freaking out? i feel like this is unprofessional behavior and stereotyping that we were younger waiting for our food “wanting free things” even though i paid online.

  I spent over 50 dollars on 3 burritos and 2 soda and this is the size of the burritos I got waste of money

  Absolutely PATHETIC portions of food even when you pay for extra!!!! Do not order online from this location. I will make the extra long drive to ashwaubenon just so I don't have to deal with this place. HORRIBLE!! The owner will probably say reach out on the website, well I already did with their chatbot and nothing will come out of that. I thought chipotle was supposed to have good portion sizes.

  Ordered delivery to work for myself and two coworkers. First try, the site had a delivery time and appeared to go through. Went to check, it didn’t. Ordered again and it went through. Got a message the order was received, another for a delivery time, another message stating the driver was there picking up the delivery. Got a message from the driver that they had one delivery first and then would be there. Then I got a message it was cancelled. . Driver said they gave the order to another driver and to call the store. Called the store, who responded saying that they could see it had been cancelled and shouldn’t have been. After all the texts, the person on the phone told me to check my email, where they sent that it was refunded. They refused to send an order stating that they refunded it so they can’t. At this point after all the confirming texts and us waiting 2 hours for food that never came, we felt it should have been delivered for free. It was too late at this point, none of us had lunch, and the only response I got was that it was the restaurant’s fault, shouldn’t have happened, but they weren’t going to resolve it by sending it. Even better, per the response received from my google review requesting I contact them Directly to the link provided, the link goes to a page that allows u to click contact us. When u click, it does nothing except allow u to ask “pepper”. An automated response that doesn’t respond to anything any ends the chat immediately. As if that’s an appropriate contact anyway. So the response, once again, that they want to respond to an issue is a fascade as they just keep directing u to resources that can’t or won’t do a thing about it.
