  Young fella seemed frustrated. Probably working alone. Jamocha shake was excellent as always. Tried the Ham and Swiss. Hmmm. Yellow cheese sauce. Expected more from Arby's as they are pretty decent on quality. I'll stick with the roast beef or the Gyros.

  I ordered the mac and cheese. I don’t like giving 1-star reviews, but there isn’t a 0-star option. The quality was terrible, it didn’t seem properly cooked, and the taste was awful. Very disappointing.

  The service was very positive for me and my friend. The order taker was very nice and accommodating to our orders. The food was fresh and crispy just how we like it. Would stop by again.

  I normally do not leave bad reviews, but my experience at this location was unacceptable. I came in with my son, and from the moment we walked in, the employee working was extremely rude and unprofessional. I politely asked for another drink, and instead of handling it respectfully, the staff member gave attitude and made the whole situation uncomfortable. Customer service goes a long way, especially when families are dining in. No customer should feel disrespected for asking a simple question or request. The food was okay, but the way we were treated completely ruined the visit. I will not be returning to this location if this employee is still working here. Management seriously needs to address the behavior and professionalism of their staff.
