  Great refresher... when I order coffee drinks I need to make sure to get extra sweet, my own fault. Love how you order.. fun environment.. Great service and fun drinks

  Waited in line for 30 minutes. Customers waiting around us seemed very unsatisfied as well. Lots of goofing around by the staff. Led to delayed drinks. Sticking with my East side location from now on

  This location literally has the worst lay out. For a drive thru only, we should definitely have created a layout with more space for the cars to form in the never ending line. Like make it make sense. Biggest issue is that this location also can not print a receipt. How is this following any consumer laws?? Every location says the printer is broken or we don’t have one. So then o email the info@7brew like I’m told and they say…every location can email a receipt. Then when you ask the worker to email you a receipt they look at you like you have a third eye and spoke in baby talk. For a company the size that you are, to be growing the way you are, why not tighten up the professionalism and provide your consumers with proper receipts. You have no idea how frustrating it is. Your competitors ALL HAVE WORKING RECEIPTS. Or apps. Maybe develop an app for ordering and providing receipts.

  This 7brew has absolutely phenomenal customer service! Shout out to Ms. Harley (sorry if that’s not spelled correctly) she has a great attitude and was willing to help us with our issue right away! The music is a little loud I will mention but of course that would be personal preference. All the ladies there are super nice and friendly! Again Ms. Harley thank you for your phenomenal hospitality with the high anxiety realization I had gotten the wrong drink !!!

  I ordered a coffee got the wrong one told the girl it was wrong and she acted l8ke I was trying to get something for nothing .bad attitude I was amazed. Will never go back. Plenty other coffee drive threw in green bay
