I was in line for 32 minutes. On a Thursday at 7 pm, which causes me to be late to my micro lab, for 7:30. That’s absolutely ludicrous. For the first 20 minutes I was parked, within those 20 minutes I watched a full box of drinks being carried out to a car, they didn’t even leave the line. I watched my drink sit there for at least 10 minutes before it was given to me. I had to wiggle out between two cars to leave. And majority of staff was cleaning up as if it was closing time. I’ve been in line at peak rush hour in Milwaukee right of the interstate, cars wrapped around the block, blocking traffic. I was in line for 5 minutes, with spectacular employees who actually made me a delicious drink worth the price. They didn’t even get the order right, and they typed in my phone number wrong, giving a different person my rewards. This is not the first time something like this has happened to me, but it will be the last.

The people who work there are really polite. The coffee is delicious. It is a nice treat when I can go there.

There was ESPRESSO GROUNDS in my energy drink. There should not be coffee in a drink that does not contain coffee. Both drinks were un-drinkable due to the espresso grounds and strong coffee taste throughout my drink. To be specific I ordered a brew lagoon with cherry and there were brown specs within the drink. I am a long time customer here and honestly disappointed as this is my first bad experience.

Every time i come here the drinks are always so off. i don’t like my coffee super sweet so i opt for 1/2 sweet but every time it tastes like it was made extra sweet. the milk is also consistently wrong. whole milk should be creamy still and not look like water with espresso. high disappointed and i realized why i never come to this location.

If the owner sees this, please do an audit as a customer. Only 1 of your 4 outside staff is working. The other 3 are sitting down. I'm visiting from TX and this was my experience on 2 separate days. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for coffee with 3 cars in front of me.
