  This was our first time trying this establishment. The staff was amazing. They were super kind and helpful. They worked really hard to provide a good dining experience and kept the food consistently coming out and everything really clean. I admire how they were able to accomplish that.

  Very disappointed with our visit to Pizza Ranch today, October 1st. My daughter chose Pizza Ranch for her birthday dinner, so we were really hoping to have a fun experience for her. When we paid at the register, we specifically asked if you did anything special for birthdays. We were told they would sing for her and that she would receive a coupon book for a future visit. Unfortunately, neither happened. The food was also very disappointing. We were each only able to get one slice of pizza because there simply wasn’t any available. We repeatedly got up to check, probably 4–5 times, and still nothing was coming out. We eventually got some chicken and fries, but pizza was what we really wanted. When they finally brought out pizza, only two pizzas were put out. They were gone almost immediately, and once again there was no pizza available. After dinner, my daughter wanted to play in the Fun Zone, but that was another disappointment. A bunch of the machines weren’t working. We swiped the card on a skee-ball machine twice, once for each game, and neither time did any balls come out, even though the credits were still deducted. Overall, this was not the birthday experience we were hoping to give our daughter. The most disappointing part was seeing her disappointed on her birthday. We understand that things can happen during a busy shift, but between the lack of pizza, the broken games, and the birthday promises that weren’t followed through on, the entire experience was unfortunately pretty poor. We expected more, especially for a birthday dinner for our daughter.

  I just wanted to make a shout out to a really nice young guy who welcome this when we first got there. His name is Nick any super nice and made sure our meal and family experience was absolutely perfect!

  Last Saturday 9/19 - our two kids wanted pizza ranch and got there a half hour before close based on the restaurant sign - which it looked like it was trying to close as there was barely any choices of pizza when we walked in but cashier said more were coming out. One cheese pizza came out then a dessert pizza minutes later and that was it while the rest of limited selection of only a few different pizza options then the usual chicken and spaghetti type stuff. After eating I mentioned to employee we paid a lot of money for a family of four in what this buffet costs so high now it should allow more than 4 choices of actual pizza - which employee apologized and I asked if we could get anything back or at least gift cards for another time to get what we should have got for this price - said they would check with manager but upon waiting 5 minutes never saw this employee come back out as it was almost time for closing. Food that was there tasted good but not worth the almost $100 it cost to not be able to have the full experience. If I could have gotten gift the gift cards to come back might have been more worth it.
