  Feedback on Recent Experience with Pizza Hut in Grand Chute Dear Pizza Hut Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Grand Chute location. On May 2, 2026, I placed an order for a pizza and breadsticks at 6:59 PM. Throughout the evening I checked my phone that I kept in my hand for this purpose of updates I asked for when I ordered online. I did not receive the notification indicating it had arrived just that my order was received, my order is on the way, but, nothing more. After waiting for an hour without all updates, as I thought maybe they were busy or even behind schedule on orders which I understand happens yet, that wasn't the case. I decided to check and discovered that my order had been left outside on the porch which I put in comments on the porch however, with the request for updates too, and by that time, it had gone cold. When I called to inquire, I was told that sometimes a delivery driver may call and leave a message delivery was done if not emailed/texted, but I had my phone in my hand the entire time and checked my call history too, there were no missed calls or notifications, aside from the initial message stating my order was received and on its way. Regrettably, the representative I spoke with did not offer any apologies or solutions, merely providing excuses. While I did mention my preference for phone notifications during the ordering process, this was not honored. Other restaurants typically ensure that customers are informed when their order is delivered, so I find this lack of communication disheartening. I mentioned I will do a review and the person advised me to include in my review that my order was noted to be placed on the porch. While I did include this in the comment section, it does not excuse the absence of proper notification that I requested when I first ordered it. In summary, I feel that Pizza Hut's treatment of customers could be improved significantly. It is disappointing to receive cold food when it should be served hot, and I believe better communication and acknowledgment of customer concerns is essential. One should never "argue" with a customer no matter if a customer is correct or not as try being a kind human being instead to your customers. Plus, bread sticks were burnt but, why call back to have someone argue the details of anything at this point. I hope to see improvements in the future especially when talking with a customer.

  Picked up carryout a couple times from here. Guy at the window is always friendly and nice. Food is always good and hot!

  Found a hair in our pizza and our wings weren't even the correct flavor and when I called to let them know, the "manager" said he had to do a "claim". Then went on to ask some really strange questions like "did you call the police or fire department?" Why the heck would someone waste their time over a hair???
