Place was so dirty and staff was extremely rude when I asked for my coffee after the person behind me got theirs and 2 cars in the thru did also. Then I went to the rest room and it was so filthy. This was at 7am. Every table in the dining area was dirty and we had to clean our own table.

I ordered and pulled forward and paid. Was not offered a recipet because I found out later it's supposedly broken. The employee that took my order then also took my payment and continued to take orders. I saw my order had been finished and put on the counter and nothing.. then another employee came up and tried to get me to pay for someone else's order and I stated what I had ordered and still nothing. Then ANOTHER employee came up and asked what I had ordered meanwhile at this point the first employee is now on his phone. By the time the 3rd employee walked up and asked what I was waiting on I was already past frustrated and my order has just been sitting in the counter absolutely ridiculous

I don't recommend this place they always skimps me out on my ice coffee and it sounds like I'm not the only one according to other reviews..specially when I asked for less ice, and it's like they don't care or do anything about it very unprofessional of them! who sells partially filled drinks this location does because not no other locations does that and they make every one wait and extra 2 minutes in drive threw when u get to the speaker if u guys can't keep up either you hire better workers or get more staff smh ...is ridiculous at this point

This Dunkin’ location consistently delivers disappointing service and poor-quality customer treatment. I ordered a large iced DUNKALATTE through the drive-thru with two extra espresso shots and less ice, and the cup still came out noticeably underfilled. When I brought it up, instead of simply making it right, I offered to pay for two more espresso shots just to make the drink feel fair for what I already spent — and they immediately charged me for it instead of offering any customer service or trying to correct the issue themselves.
To make the experience even worse, the employee taking the order had a rude and dismissive attitude the entire time. Customer service costs nothing, and there is no excuse for treating paying customers like they are inconveniencing the staff for expecting the drink they paid for.
What makes this even more frustrating is that places like McDonald’s and Starbucks consistently serve full drinks without making customers feel shorted or nickel-and-dimed over basic portions. This seems to be an issue specifically with this Dunkin’ location and how it is being managed.
And on top of all that, customers are constantly prompted to leave tips on the debit card or kiosk machine every single visit, yet the actual service and drink quality rarely reflect that expectation. Tipping should feel earned through good customer service and consistency, not automatically expected while customers are leaving dissatisfied.
Less ice should not mean noticeably less product, especially after paying extra for espresso shots and a large size. Between the skimpy portions, lack of professionalism, rude service, and poor customer experience overall, this location seriously needs better management oversight and customer service training.

I come in to this location very regularly and have never had much a bad experience however I came in the other day and was told “thanks for making us work so hard.” At the speaker after coming through to pick up my mobile order with three drinks. I understand the frustration of being short staffed but I will not be back. The guy at the window was very nice but the guy next to him seemed to be so inconvenienced by my order (that I had ordered ahead to pick up). Needless to say I do understand being busy but felt very as though if it is a short staffing problem it is affecting the customer service aspect of this establishment. Nothing against the workers but it was a very unpleasant interaction. Unfortunately I won’t be back.
