  Drove up as a first time customer, just about an hour before they closed. The server, Kaylee, greeted me with a smile and asked how my day went, right off the bat. Told her I was new, and she did all she could to get me a menu and helped me with some questions on the menu. No sooner than a minute after I decided what I wanted and told them did I have it in my hands. No exaggeration, it was less than a minute. After paying, she told me to have a great day as I turned out of the lane. First sip was great and kept getting better. You bet I'm coming back!!!

  I’ve been to this location 3 times now, and each time my coffee has unfortunately been wrong with caramel added when I didn’t want it. Not sure why that specific thing keeps happening when the flavor combos I’m ordering do not have caramel. Have had much better luck with the Appleton East location. Everyone is super nice but just needs to be more accurate with the orders!

  I LOVE 7 Brew....but the College Ave location needs to pick it up! I always order my coffee extra sweet, but this location can't seem to get it right. When I go to Oshkosh or Appleton, my coffee is delicious. But Grand Chute is always -meh. No problem with the fizzes or lemonades.... Maybe I just need to order them 2x sweet at that location??

  I went there today to get an 7energy, instead I was given a lemonade. I spent $8 for a drink I didn’t receive and then waited in line while the worker was talking to the car in front of me for 2mins after they received their drinks.

  I don’t normally write reviews, but this morning when I ordered my drink I could hear the girl making my drink make fun of me because I ordered my drink SF but extra sweet (crazy to think anyone would want more flavor without the calories huh?!) it was so loud that the person saying my order tried to tell someone to close the door so I wouldn’t hear. Extremely rude and inappropriate which is unfortunate because everyone else I’ve encountered at the location has been very nice.
