  Staff is always so friendly and our dogs love them too. They are always so friendly and happy. They always love giving my dogs their pup cups.

  If you're going acknowledge someone you could at least say that you're not open it was close to 5: 30am the girl looks right at me and couldn't step out and say we're not open . First experience and last.

  The staff there are super friendly and they get the order out quickly and the drink is phenomenal!! I love going here!! Thank you for the great service!

  9/1/26, 7:30 pm. Been to this location several times in the last couple of weeks and every single time the staff has been rude at the window, messed up my drinks, spent too much time talking to their coworkers, etc. Today I ordered a pumpkin blondie and there was no pumpkin in it whatsoever. I also ordered a pumpkin roll shake and they did not put whipped cream as requested and when asked to add it, the employee on lane 2 rolled their eyes at me. The employee hardly acknowledged me and kept walking away. I also asked for a second straw and the employee said “I already gave you one”. I know several other friends who have this experience. I know people who work at other stands and they have also expressed that is not the culture of 7 brew. I go out of my way to drive to the other Appleton stand because this one does not impress me. Disappointed.

  I know of two 7Brew locations and I cannot figure out why they are both built in already-congested mall parking lots. The order taker asked for my phone number before anything else. This is so they can pester me to death with marketing materials. I refused to give it - its not required. I ordered my breve, and I was never asked if it was hot or cold. I paid and proceeded through the expansive line. I must admit they move cars through quite quickly, so that model works. I approched the "window" which was a goung lady sitting at a rickety table outside the building. She handed me my order - iced. I told her I wanted a hot one and was never asked hot/cold. She pleasantly set my order aside and asked for the appropriate drink. After a reasonable amount of time she happily gave me my coffee. The coffee itself was not impressive. It was not overly bitter, but had an over-roasted (read "burnt") tang to them similar to the substandard beans of another chain that starts with "Star" and ends with "bucks". It wasn't bad, but it was certainly nothing to brag about. It appears to be a popular place. I assume this is due to the vast menu of non-coffee drinks offered.
