  I love a good steak burrito bowl and qdoba offers to get one just the way you like it! When you get in line and have decided what you want to have, you just tell them what type of dish you want, and what ingredients from the selections in front of you and move down the line having them make your food as you like it. That simple! The steak they have is super tender and very flavorful. My perfect burrito bowl has brown rice, both black and pinto beans, steak, salted veggies, corn salsa, medium and mild salsa, guacamole, queso (they have the BEST queso!) shredded cheese and that does it for me! Some of the help could use a little more personality in their customer service and if you end up sitting around the back corner, that's e actly how it feels is like you're sitting in a corner. Not very bright, stuff is stacked around on the floor. But the food is great! It is getting more expensive too. My steak bowl was $12. I enjoyed it though!

  ***I'm writing this review and giving my honest opinion so the establishment knows and hopefully improves. Not to be mean behind the keyboard.*** When entered I was immediately taken back by there being boxes in the eating area like it was being used for storage. I saw a broom, dust pan and maybe even a mop and bucket also in the eating area. The bathroom doors were being propped open with garbage cans. Some of the tables appeared not to have been wiped off (we entered right at opening time of 10:30 AM so the tables must have been like this from the day before). There was what appeared to be employee/owner clothing hung on the back of some chairs in the eating area. In general, the eating area was in an unpleasant condition. When I was placing my order I felt the staff viewed me as a burden for being there. No smiles, mumbling communication and when I didn't know the appropriate name for the salsa I wanted I got a verbal and visual look like I was dumb. I ordered a soft drink and when I went to the dispenser none of the available options worked. There were other people completing their order and didn't want to interrupt them so we just sat down and ate. I watched another customer struggle with the soft drink machine and he also gave up and just sat down to eat. When we were finished I went to the register and mentioned to the very young worker that the soda machine wasn't working. He looked at me like I was speaking a different language. I didn't feel like explaining it any further. By this time I just wanted to leave. I tossed my unused cup, which I paid for, in the trash can and left. The whole experience stunk. I do enjoy Qdoba but I don't see me visiting this location ever again and it's the closest location to my home. I really hope they read this and improve. Poor service, poor cleanliness and poor over all experience is what makes a causes customers not to return.

  I came in today (4/8) with a friend and we checkout and when we walked away the 2 people behind the counter were talking about my friend saying how she didn’t get cheese and commenting on her order overall. They were rude overall and very judgmental. We also saw one of the employees cough on a taco that he was making. The guy behind the counter was chewing gum with his mouth open while working on food. And a lot of the employees were visibly on their phones or talking EXTREMELY loud. Very unsanitary and disgusting as a customer to see that.
