  My wife and I used to go to collective weekly. We stopped in recently for the first time in a couple of years. In short, we had a terrible experience. There were about 6 people total inside with 4 people working. We were greeted nicely and went to site at the raised counter. To say it was a mess is an understatement. Food all over the counter, chairs & floor. I asked the woman behind the counter to come please wipe off the area. Note they were literally 6 feet from the area. When she came over she said ahh we just had kids here. So what, all that standing around you were doing you should have whipped the area right away because you knew it was a disaster. The towel left the counter and chairs terribly wet so we had to grab a ton of napkins to dry the area. The floor remained full of dirty food! I mean come on have some pride in your job. Our food came out and were served the wrong burrito. We didn’t even bother to send it back as we just wanted to leave. Also, the burritos used to come with a side of fruit—at least an orange slice but nothing on the side. We left and no one said thank you which is just not polite enough for me. We will never go back.

  Just a suggestion: if you have customers waiting in the store, it may be better to take care of them first before working on multiple online orders. Also, maybe it's not a good idea to sell at 7:30 in the morning stale croissants from the day before. Sell those in the evening if at all.

  We stopped in and got a medium roast cup of coffee around 3pm on a cold rainy spring afternoon. It tasted like it had been warming since morning. Terrible! Never again!!

  Always a great spot to grab coffee with friends or just by yourself. Food is always delicious; I love their rotating seasonal menu. Seating is good for groups of 4-5 or less. Coffee is more on the acidic side, similar to Starbucks. I like their cold brew when I want something more smooth.
