Guy in the front end was HEAVY on the rice, lady on the back was LIGHT on the sour cream. Really made for dry burrito situation. Nothing more training can’t fix though.

- KBKatie bressanSep 7, 20261.0I just left this restaurant with my husband unable to eat a bite of my food after what I witnessed. I threw the whole thing in the garbage at the restaurant. As we were paying a young man was attempting to clean the counter with a completely sopping wet balled up wrag which I assumed had been in a bucket of sanitizing solution. While essentially just pushing the food around on the counter, he pushed the sopping wet rag of solution towards the food and liquid poured into the guacamole. It was the most foul disgusting thing I have ever seen. Also to mention the counter didn't even get cleaned. The food particles were just pushed around and sanitizing solution dripped into the food. Icouldn't get the image out of my mind which caused me to lose my appetite completely. I wanted to ask for a refund because I wasn't comfortable eating the food that was served to me, but my husband didn't want me to. So the money and food was wasted. This restaurant is always dirty, but I have tried to look past it because I assumed and hope that at least the area where food is being served is clean, but today showed me that it in fact is not. Please teach your employees to squeeze out the rag and how to wipe away from the open containers of food. I'll never be back but maybe it will prevent this terrible experience for others.
