When we mentioned it to the cashier she nodded and rolled her eyes. Terrible experience and overall disgusting.
- JPJohn PApr 12, 20262.0I went inside at 915pm. They are open until 10pm so I didn’t think it would be too big of a deal. Being a former restaurant worker I understand the frustration of a customer coming in 5 minutes before close. I was stared at for a minute while the employees continued working on closing up so I asked if they were open and the girl first looked back at another employee then turned to me and softly said yes. After she finished what she was doing she then took my order. She was pleasant enough while making my burrito bowl but I just got the vibe that my coming in was an inconvenience for them as they had all of the food pulled from the line and in buckets on the counter in the middle of the kitchen. When I got home to eat my food, which is only a 7 minute drive, it was ice cold, most of the rice was hard/crunchy and I realized it wasn’t even the brown rice I asked for as I don’t care for cilantro. Based on all of the reviews I’ve now read this seems to be a common occurrence… I genuinely regret going there as it was just not a good experience. Please believe the reviews. You will be treated as a burden and served food that isn’t fresh.
