- RARohan Anne1 day ago1.0Unacceptable experience considering the price. I placed the following order: 30-piece bone-in wings (14 mango habanero, 14 hot honey, 2 atomic), 2 large fries, 1 chicken sandwich, 2 large ranches. The staff was friendly and attentive enough. However, that makes no difference when the quality of the food is so disappointing. Both orders of large fries were omitted entirely. Received 2 ranch dressings and was charged for 3, despite only ordering 2; the employee who handed me my order even confirmed "one in each bag". The wings were atrocious. I am a huge fan of Wingstop, and this experience was enough that I would rather never return. The wings were unbelievably overcooked, rubbery, and dry. The "hot honey wings" essentially had ZERO rub, making them naked. While the wings with sauce had an adequate amount, they were also entirely dry and overcooked. I really take no pleasure in leaving reviews like this, and I rarely leave reviews at all, even with thoroughly disappointed. However, this location is just a major letdown. Quite frankly, I should have asked for a refund as soon as I heard another patron expressing frustration regarding multiple disappointing orders with missing items and terrible quality.

Get home and there are 13 wings for a 20 wing order!!! Not to mention the sauce and rubs were completely wrong!? Took a bite out of one and it’s cold to the touch.. idk how this location is open but man will there be some calls made! I’ll be surprised if a food inspection happens what they would find just based on what I saw from the counter! Anyway if you read this just go to a different location cause the people at this one could care less about anything that goes on! Tried calling and just get put on hold for literally 25 min !
