  This location in Glendale apparently has bad management. I’ve been there 3 times now and each time my drink tastes different and it’s the same drink. The music is way too loud and each time the staff is having personal conversations right in the view of customers and today they were speaking about another employee and how not to trust her. I think they may need more training or better management because they seem to do whatever they please. The last time I was there, the employees were getting in and out of a vehicle that was in line right in the vehicle in front of me and all the employees 2 x 2 came out speaking to that person in the vehicle. It was insane to watch. I definitely blame management.

  I come through every single night & my favorite part about coming is always seeing JT. She really knows how to put a smile on somebody’s face. Sometimes I catch her inside making my drink and they always taste the best coming from her. Even though all my drinks always taste amazing, this location is definitely better than the Brookfield location and a shorter drive for me! Win win

  JT is seriously the sweetest! Every time I come through, she has the best attitude and makes the whole experience so much better. She’s friendly, fast, and always makes you feel welcome. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and puts in the effort to make everyone’s day. If you stop by, I definitely recommend saying hi to JT she’s amazing and one of the reasons I keep coming. 😽😽😽😽😽😽😽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽👏🏽🩷🩷🩷

  I’m a frequent flyer at seven brew, and I absolutely love this location! All the workers are always so kind and ready to help any way that they can. I specifically wanted to mention a very nice young lady that took my order yesterday and today; I think her name is Gwen. She made great conversation with me while taking my order down quickly and correctly as I was in a rush. She immediately recognized me today after seeing me yesterday and said something like, “Hey! Great to see you back so soon, how are you doing?” Very welcoming!! Plus, she really seems to know the menu like the back of her hand, which I can appreciate as someone who likes to switch things up when it comes to my orders. She made a really yummy flavor recommendation this morning! I will definitely be back to this seven brew, and I hope she takes my order again! I always leave with a smile. Thanks Gwen and the rest of the seven brew team, keep up the great work!!

  Since the opening of this location I've never had a problem with any of the brewistas. They are usually very pleasant and sometimes there can be a wait but they communicate that to me. I usually get out of there pretty quickly and never have a terrible transaction or interaction with any of the people that work there. Today however, I go and order my usual two drinks and one of them is a light yellow/clear color. The girl handed me one of my drinks which was a dark red and was a little hesitant to give me my second drink due to it also being red when its supposed to be clear. she asked the other brewista to confirm the drink because she was under the impression it was clear and the drink that was given to her was red! She tries to hand it to me and i tell her my drink shouldn't be red it should be a light yellow to clear drink. she goes i knew it and walked back into the building to let the girls making the drinks know she was given the wrong drink. im assuming the shift lead who was a black woman with braids says "she must not know what she ordered". she comes outside and i tell her right away, i am here everyday i know what my drink is supposed to look like. she confirms the ingredients with me and i say to her yes it has coconut, pineapple, and vanilla. so why is my drink red? instead of apologizing she just takes the drink back inside and remakes it. Again, I love this location and i love the workers here and this is my first time ever having an unpleasant experience at this location.
