Worst jimmy johns I have ever been to.
Requested an order to be delivered at 3:44 P.M.
outsourced my delivery to uber and uber reached out at 5:31 PM stating your order was cancelled reach out to Jimmy John’s for further assistance.
Called jimmy John’s requesting a refund.
Jimmy John’s responded to me that there is no timetable on my refund and I have to receive my refund from uber… awful horrible franchise. If I don’t get my refund within the next 5-7 business days I will continue to report and have others report on the issue as well.
On top of it all… over 24 hours later they still haven’t been “freaky” fast to deliver my food or refund.
Update… still have not received my refund

Horrible communication and lack of management skills. Whoever was managing 05/27/2026 is absolutely unable of doing their job. She did not apologize for the inconvenience not once during our visit or over the phone. Barely acknowledging our situation as she giggled when she realized what she was refunding us for. As I work in food/customer service and have my entire career it’s horrible the way she handled this and should definitely be addressed as I wish someone would come forward if I was acting this way. Being in food service you accommodate anyone, no matter what position, whether it’s serving or fast food. L.A.S.T. Something i’ve grown up on. If you don’t know what it stands for you shouldn’t be in customer service at all. I can tell you a Yelp review of 1.8 isn’t great, especially for germantown. Very upset, as this isn’t the first inconvenience. There was absolutely no roast beef as they had “ran out” knowing they had ran out either that morning or manager doing truck, did inventory completely wrong they should have at least communicated the situation before stating it would be right out which would have been more accommodating. Either way poor management skills, regarding truck, inventory, and communication. We will not be back and I am fairly disappointed

Great service, and was even able to donate free subs for my staff for teacher appreciation week! The manager was so kind and we will continue offering our business at this location!

Called in my order. Ordered six different subs. Only got three correct. Took it back right away. No apologies. Horrible customer service. The driver told me we were out of their delivery range. When I went to return them I said I will pay for what was made and just make my other subs. They didn't and said they would put my name in the system for non delivery. When I called nobody said they couldn't deliver. Working in the restaurant business for over 20 years I would never blame a customer. Especially if I am the one that messed up a whole order. Joke. Wish I could get my tip back that I gave the driver. Said it would be 7/10 days for a refund. We will see. Purely disrespectful and not responsible for their my mistakes

Being mocked by a "manager" Patricia, whom refused to give her name not realizing it's on the receipt. A new employee Shania entered my order incorrectly and after I paid and noticed I addressed the issue and that's when the "managers" attitude with me began. With the order needing to be addressed she was not wanting to give me the price difference that came from the order being entered incorrectly. She continued to say, I can contact corporate, it's not going to matter.
