  The women at the counter today was so SO kind and sweet. Very helpful and refreshing! (3/28 around 3:20pm)

  Sandwich bread seemed really small. The back door was unlocked so I went in that way. One employee chided the other for leaving the back door unlocked, but nobody went back to lock the door while I was there. I got my sandwich promptly. When I went to leave the store she asked me to use the front door, which was far away from my car. I walked around the side of the building in the rain to my car only to realize that there was no mayo on my sandwich - my fault. The bread was probably 3 and 1/2 inches wide. It didn't seem like a full sized sub. It tasted okay.

  Called in a phone order for our employee's and the Jimmy John Employee made ordering easy and was fun to deal with on the phone! Nice Job Jimmy John's on County Line Rd.

  Peppers and onions were not on sandwich as ordered. Went and asked for peppers on the side, the man at the register was rude and shoved the sandwich back at me. Threw peppers across the counter on a wrapper. Threw it back at me and walked away. Ridiculous customer service..how can these people keep a job with such a sour attitude?
