  I keep saying I’m never going back to this location because my kids like it so much but after today’s visit I’m done. Walk in to pick up food that I ordered ahead of time and head to the pick up counter. Woman sitting in a booth looking at her phone told me I need to go to the bar for pick up orders. I walk to the bar and a different woman tells me my food is almost done. So I sit and wait.15 minutes go by and the bartender said she thinks my food might actually be at the to go counter. Which of course is where it was. Was offered a soda for my inconvenience. So I get home and the fries were soggy and they didn’t give me any cheese for the pretzels I ordered. Absolute train wreck.

  Waited 30 minutes to order waited 45 minutes for food once food came it wasn’t hot or fresh chicken was hard. We were sitting under a vent when asked to be moved they didn’t want to move us. No one came to check on us to see if we needed anything. People at another table came in 30-45 minutes after us and received their food right away.

  Horrible experience or no experience at all. Went there with my family and stood by the front door to be seated for 15-20 minutes. There was no one besides us waiting and every worker walked by us without even acknowledging us. Not one single word. I understand if they were busy but seemed like everyone was just hiding in the back. They weren't even that busy as this was already 7pm. Such horrible service. Never going here again. Buffalo wild wings used to be the spot for wings but now I'm better off going to Wingstop. At least I'll get serviced there.

  Went in to enjoy some wings on Tuesday during BOGO, ended with a bill that made no sense. Waitress charged regular price for my second wing order and did not explain their Tuesday BOGO rules me initially before ordering. Are the customers supposed to know the business’ rules of the specials? Waitress didn’t make this right and I was just done with being there so I paid and got out of there. Not happy at all and will not be returning.

  Placed a to go order. Said to be there in 30 minutes so I arrived right at 30 minutes and there was a lady there helping someone out but she was taking a long time just to ring up this guy for two sauces. She finally checked that guy out, asked several others then me for the names we were waiting on. I told her mine then she told all of us that there’s a bunch coming out in just a minute without checking the takeout warmer. I went to the bathroom, came back to a guy carrying several to go orders. Gave him my name, he didn’t have it. Checked the to go container and it was there. I took it to my work van (I’m still on the clock so I can’t afford to wait around) got going and noticed there was no cheddar on the fries and the fries themselves appear to be old. Came back in, again I’m on the clock, and nobody is at the host stand or the to go order counter. It’s not busy at all. The lady finally came out and replaced the fries for me but if you’re on the clock and expect an accurate order, I do not recommend this place. Also, wings were fine but the ranch cups weren’t even filled all the way. Maybe 75% at best. If I’m pay extra for a product, I expect to get 100% of said product not 3/4.
