  I ordered through the drive around 10:30 pm July 1,2026 (yesterday) out picking up stuff for my 4th celebration looked in the bag. I saw what appeared to be my order but when I got home it was a door dash order for someone else. Called the store and of course they didn’t answer called again it is now 12:06 pm the next day still no. It’s sad people do this to other people. Read the order right and put the right food in the bag. It’s simple follow orders. Who do I contact to report this?

  Yep, now I'm feeling it. Should have listened to all the 1 & 2 star reviews posted here on this particular Arby's. We normally go the West Milwaukee location. There you get plenty of meat without having to order extra, especially for their French Dips, but this Arby's here; ha! What a joke. Pics below. I mean how pathetic & stingy is that?!?! Wow.

  Lots of yelling and screaming in the kitchen and service counter. Food was on par w other Arby's. God help us all on finding good help.

  Horrible food, gave my grandmother food poisoning after she ordered the roast beef slider. Chicken tenders were dry and fries weren’t even curly, but were burnt. The only good thing was the coke and the ketchup and they don’t even make that 😡 I DON’T recommend going to arby’s.

  Came back to Arby’s after I discovered their app with amazing deals. I’ve visited the Germantown location each time and found the food, service and atmosphere to be impeccable during each visit. The staff is very courteous, extremely professional and best of all, down to earth. Kudos to the whole team for what you are doing. I ring the beer every time I visit!!
