Ordered using the app and was quoted 35-45 mins, which is pretty standard. When checking the app, I saw our food was done, but then got a text saying or food was being delivered by door dash and would be delivered another 40 mins later, which means our food was sitting at least 20 more mins. When the food was delivered, we were missing a cookie and our pizza was stone cold. I first texted, then tried calling the store twice. Both times someone picked up and hung up without talking to me. I then tried calling the customer service number which told me to call the store directly. I tried one last time about 15 mins later and the same thing happened. The phone was picked up and hung up.

We had planned on a pizza to work for a co-workers birthday where several employees punched out at the time we were told it would arrive. It was 35 minutes late and the order was placed at 11:37 the pizza still hadn't arrived at 1 pm as stated in the email. The pizza was cancelled at 1:20. It arrived at 1:33 when everyone was starving and back to work and angry..the store couldn't contact the delivery driver because he has no phone.. (who in their right mind has NO way to contact their drivers??) the delivery driver was very rude and snotty when he arrived. We sent the order back. I called and spoke with a "manager" named Michelle and she told us that there were 5 orders before us( had we known that we would've ordered elsewhere) she said the delivery time had changed..(we were never notified). She didn't seem to care at all that several people were inconvenienced and didn't offer any type of condolences or peace offer for future services. She said we need to call earlier next time. So people should call 3 hours in advance???This was an aweful experience and the staff is extremely rude. They definitely need to hire new people that know how to deal with guests!!!! We will never order there again.
