  Got another order for here today. Had to cancel. You guys really just need to shut off your online orders. I made a review yesterday. Sat there for over 10 minutes. I have 100% customer rating on Uber with over 5000 deliveries under my belt. I’m definitely not the problem here.

  I picked up an Uber from here today and I sat here for over 10 minutes while they struggled to get a lemonade so the bagel sat in the bag for over 10 minutes. I watched it myself and I said something to the manager I’m assuming because he wasn’t in any McDonald’s attire and I told him it’s been sitting there for over 10 minutes. I saw it and all he had to say was while you’re not eating it are you? How pathetic as a manager you guys just treat delivery orders however you want. How about you just shut them off instead of taking away from our pay that’s already horrible. I also don’t get paid to wait over 10 minutes and don’t get nearly as many benefits as you. I should’ve cancel the order immediately after you handed it to me so it can be your problem, not mine. But I got better morals than you

  I love my McDonald’s on Rawson, everybody’s always friendly, my Diet Coke is always perfect they have really good Chocolate chip cookies and I’ve never had a problem with my food order, Always delicious :)

  This McDonald’s used to be great. Now it’s ran by lazy people who don’t care. Went there to redeem a kids meal for my daughter through the drive thru. Gave them the code provided through the app and was told to come inside. Came inside, the code magically wasn’t scanning. Went to a different McDonalds and was able to redeem it with no issue.

  Cannot fathom coming back here again. Was a simple order. 2 ice cream cones, but in a cup. 2 dollars, my elderly Mom eats very slowly so yes, a cup, x2. In the drive thru. Paid. Employee (f) at window hands one, I take it, while about to hand over the other one a giant drop of .....water? Something from the overhang or roof dropped in the top of the cup. I worked for McDonald's in the 80s....ummm even I know not to try to force a customer to take that...W0W....sooooo it was a surprise that instead of the employee saying 1 sec, I'll toss it out and get you another, she said "it hit here and here and barely in the top...." I said "may I please have a replacement....?" She got noticeably upset. We're talking 5 cents maybe of cost and not coming out of her pocket for the replacement. She showed her anger by slamming the window of the drive thru shut. I left without the replacement......I assumed that I would be receiving the original back or worse. If they're OK with handing over food that had an open top after getting hit by pigeon poo dirty roof rainwater.....who knows what is going on that you can't see that could be wayyyy worse. This is Franklin? W0W! And a capital W0W!!!!
