- AMAmber MylesSep 10, 20262.0i recently moved on this side of town from the east side. and i must say, this location is an atrocity. believe me when i say that every time i get chips from this location they are somehow ALWAYS stale. even with 4 people working they still managed to make the guy before me order wrong. and the manager in his OUTSIDE clothes had to jump back there and help. employees look like you’re annoying them. sandwich was sloppily made. just go to another location! 😒

This was probably my favorite Jimmy John’s location i have EVER been to. And that employee Silas Bundy, where do i even start, The customer service was OFF the charts and i got my food right away, Silas made sure I as the customer got my food in a timely matter and the freshest i could possibly get it. The thing is he is probably one of the youngest employees compared to the others who i’ve seen, and the fact he is impressing me with these skills is blowing my mind. I am so proud of him and hope he gets a reward in return because of this. He is properly raised as a respectful young man and because of that, that is how i feel. All together this experience was out of this world and i felt welcomed into this community. Thank you jimmy john’s and enjoy your new title from the Mason Gannon, best Jimmy John’s, EVER.
