  Came here with my family and the white guy was extremely rude taking our order. He aggressively through the bread on the counter and forgot our napkins. Very rude..

  The slowest, worst run jimmy johns I've ever used. I've done both delivery and drive-thru pickup from this location, and it's been absolutely the slowest experience. Freaky fast? Def not. Freaky good? It's decent. I'll be using other locations whenever possible from now on.

  Placed order using app ,ordered delivery which was delivered to wrong place .when I call store for refund was told that can't be done only store credits. Will not order for delivery again to many times this has happened. If I have to go to store to order and get food I will go somewhere else.

  I had some things wrong with the order the prior night, came the next afternoon around 12:00 :00 and I was told the manager would get a hold of me and gave my phone number with the receipt. Got no call for most a day so I called again and a gentleman named Carlos handled resolve the issue I had with my order. Very respectfully. Thank you, Carlos
