- AMAlondra Martinez5 days ago2.0Time after time this dunkin fails me and gives me the worst service ever. Every time i go they mess up my order. Communication is always an issue either my order is “misunderstood” or they tell me or argue with me about what i ordered. We are all human and make mistakes which I understand but it is every single time I come here that something happens and when I bring it up, they get upset at me and blame me instead of just making it right. Food is usually good just bad customer service.

- MAM AzizSep 9, 20261.0Very disappointed with this Dunkin’ location. The pricing is inconsistent, especially with the Long John donut. I’ve been charged different extra amounts for the same item, even though the additional charge is not clearly listed on the menu. There is also an ongoing issue with cash payments and incorrect change. My daughter ordered two refreshers but was charged for three. When she pointed it out, the employee removed the third drink and gave her a donut instead, even though she never ordered one. Mistakes happen, but when these issues keep happening, it becomes concerning. Customers should be charged the correct, clearly displayed prices and receive the correct change.

One lady said “yes ma’am, we did” with annoyance. Then I asked if they added all drinks, in which one of the drinks was not added. So she asked the manager to come added to the order. I paid, and when they handed me the order it was missing the hash-browns!! The manager started arguing with me that the hash-browns were never ordered, and when I asked her to just add them, she yelled at me and asked me to go around if I want the hashbrowns! What kind of customer service is this is beyond my understanding!
