  Best Burger & Fries 🍔🍟 Absolutely loved this place! The burger was fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Everything tasted fresh and was clearly made with care. The portions were generous, the food came out hot, and the whole experience was amazing.

  I bought the “angry bird” meal which includes fries and chicken nuggets with your choice of sauce. I also bought a refresher. I was very disappointed with the fresher because it was soda-based with a flavor syrup. The drink tasted and looked like a mocktail. Calling it a “refresher” was a little deceiving. Refreshers are only water, lemonade, or green tea based. Never soda based. I don’t drink soda, so I was very disappointed. I hope they add a description for the drinks to avoid that mistake. Most people know refreshers to be lemonade or water based.

  Clean restaurant, they have a kiosk where you can order as well as staff taking orders. I ordered spicy bbq angry bird with fries, and the chicken loaded fries with the chi sauce, Chi classic burger, & the mac and cheese. Drinks we got milk tea, Thai tea, & honeydew tea with boba. The mac and cheese was not good at all, idk if it was older from the start of the day but it was definitely not fresh ooie gooey mac and cheese also had a spiciness to it which I didn’t expect considering I ordered it for my kid. The burger was good and the angry bird nuggets were the best I’d say. The loaded chicken fries was also good but there was too much cold coleslaw and cold chi sauce over the chicken and fries which made it a cold dish with greasy fries at the bottom. The best tasting boba was the blended honeydew. The Thai tea and milk tea were not the best in my opinion. We try lots of boba places, so the flavor profile wasn’t spot on.

  I will definitely be back! Food: chicken sandwich and fries, impeccable, some of the best I’ve ever had. Mac and cheese had a broken sauce that made it hard to eat. Ordered bottles of RC cola, got cans. Service: fine except for the girl behind the counter who refused to look up from her phone the entire time we were there - definitely off putting. Atmosphere: clean, but too quiet, needed music. Be aware of the 20-25% tip request buttons for counter service. Overall, get carry out and you won’t regret it. I can’t wait to try the teas.

  I’ve eaten at the Illinois locations plenty of times, so I was so excited when I heard Chi Tea was coming to Franklin. The food was excellent, the service was phenomenal, and the prices are fair. Portion sizes are very generous, you definitely won’t go home hungry. The owner was very nice and even let me try some free samples. I’ll definitely be hitting this spot up regularly. I highly recommend the big bird sandwich, fried pickles, and beef loaded fries. Easily one of my new favorite spots in Franklin.
