- AUA Google User6 days ago1.0Cross-contamination Went there last night there was one guy working and he was more concerned with dealing with the drive-through versus helping his two customers inside the building. The one dude have been sitting there. I don’t know how long and we did another 3-4minute. Before he got served, and the dude never changed his gloves he touched the POS systems. He was making the coffees, pouring whipped cream, putting lids on scooping ice cream, putting lids on those and never once Changed his gloves he didn’t even greet us when we walked in and it wasn’t until after he had served the other guy that he finally decided to say I’ll be right with you and then still proceeded to do another two more orders for drive-through and was getting ready to make a third when I said I’m done and your cross-contamination things. I grew up where there was a Baskin-Robbins and I loved going and getting all the different flavors and it was a great experience as a kid and I’m not from up here. I’m from down south and I used all the way to Waukesha for it and now it’s in my backyard, but the service is so horrible. I don’t know if they’re just understaffed or what what something needs to be figured out and there needs to be a clear acknowledge of changing the gloves when you touch other things and then when you go to touch food

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
