  Do NOT go inside~ maybe im out of place to say this because i normally just make coffee at home but I think they need more staff i had a 2 coffee order stood for 30 mins by the time I got my second coffee the first one had completely melted. I dont like complaining about places but I dont even know what the hell that was just now 3 kids scrambling around a kitchen for adults who have to be to work DO better dunkin hire more people 💁‍♀️

  I just keep trying and trying and trying. This location just plain sucks. Showed up today 1 car in front of me in the drive thru to be told unless I had a mobile order I couldn’t be served. Every single time I come here my order is wrong. The attitude is always awful. Sucks because dunkin is better than Starbucks but this is the closest location to me and just won’t be coming back again I’m tired of spending $7 in a drink that’s never right and that’s if they will even serve you.

  Extremely rude and unprofessional management. Extremely high turnover. Most regular employees can’t even pronounce espresso correctly. Inconsistent production. Drinks aren’t filled up all the way.

  I went through the drive through at 7:30 AM yesterday morning. Friday, April 17th 2026. I tried to order an iced latte and was told they had no syrups or other items to make any specialty drinks. They only have cream and coffee. I tried to order some food and was told they were not running the kitchen due to being short staffed. Which I would have more than understood if I didn't pull up to the window and see more than 4 people working. I used to work fast food. I had days where there were only 3 of us in the establishment and still ran a full kitchen. Why does dunkin donuts need more than 4 people to make coffee especially when I was told they couldn't do anything but serve black coffee??? And to top it all off, I had ordered a large hot coffee and I notice through the window they had about 8 drinks ready to hand out, chillers, iced coffees, and some hot drinks. None of which were mine. The whole process took more than 15 minutes. Awful experience. This is why I never go to dunkin donuts. Starbucks would NEVER do this.

  Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes only to be told they wouldn’t accept a $50 bill as store policy. I asked if they thought it would be a good idea to put up a sign so people don’t have to sit in line only to be told their money isn’t accepted. The manager’s response was “corporate doesn’t say we have to do that “. Might just be the courteous thing to do though 🤷🏻‍♂️
