  Placed an order ahead for pick up went to pick it up through the drive thru waited 10 minutes to then be told to pull forward cuz they were waiting on the beef and cheadder sandwich then waited another 10 minutes then finally went inside and it was waiting on the counter. The worker was rude and gave a half hearted apology will not be going back

  Never have what I want one ,day out of roast beef half hour wait realllly!! The next visit out of mac and cheese come on arby's step it up😡

  Went to order the new BBQ pulled pork sandwich with curly fries and a lemonade. Instead got the correct drink, but krinkle cut fries with a roast beef sandwich. I figured the new item didn’t have new wrapping on it, no problem, and was lenient because it’s just fries. Workers were good, but only saw 2 people around lunch time, doesn’t make any sense to me. Overall good people, but bad experience

  owners need to hire more people or pay more. always understaffed and overworked . 10 mins for two sandwiches. employees are very nice always just looked stressed
