While I am waiting people are ordering at the counter and receiving their meal before MY SINGLE SANDWICH WAS STARTED. I am never giving them my business again.

The food is generally fresh and flavorful, but my experiences have not always been consistent. If you’re a picky eater or have specific preferences, you may occasionally find ingredients that weren’t requested, such as stray pieces of lettuce or traces of sauces from previous orders. While these issues have been minor, they can be frustrating when your order isn’t prepared exactly as requested. Delivery times have also varied from visit to visit. On one occasion, the delivery bag had a noticeable cigarette odor, presumably from the driver. Fortunately, the smell did not affect the food itself, which was still fresh and enjoyable. Overall, Jimmy John’s serves good food, but there is room for improvement in order accuracy and delivery consistency.
