Sandwiches made with hand-sliced meats, fresh veggies and bread that's never more than 4 hours old. Freaky Fast® makes it Freaky Fresh.® Order online for delivery or pick up.
Some guy who works Sundays shows how annoyed he is when we come in and order 4 to 5 giant subs… exhales and kind drops his hands… don’t worry, guy, I got you- if you’re after just sitting there and not making sandwiches, I’m going else where. I shouldn’t have to feel guilty for ordering food AND PAYING FOR IT. This happened last Sunday and I thought maybe it was a long day but again today… while being the only physical customer in the shop, sorry for making you have to do your job.

I'm not sure if the "freaky fast" sign is still up, but you should probably take it down. This is the slowest JJ I've seen.

I order every few weeks through the app. The first time, I received a notification that my order was ready. The past 5 or 6 times, no such notification. I order toasted subs, so it does make a difference. I wait at least half an hour after ordering(there are notifications through the app and email, as well as the app itself telling me when I’d ordered). When I mention it at the pick up window, I get a little laugh and a half-hearted “Sorry.” Asking for my toasted sub to be remade does not seem to inspire management to see to it that staff hits that “Your order is ready!” button. (They’re good at telling me my order is ready *after* I’ve picked up, though.)
I don’t want to arrive too early and rush staff, but I also don’t want to have to wait to have toasted subs remade because they’re now cold to the touch.

Freaky slow as heck is more like it. Only ones here. 7:48pm got here at drive through, still waiting for the food and its now 8:07pm no idea when its coming out if ever.
Finally drove around, parked, and went inside to figure out what was wrong. The lady in charge of helping drive through customers forgot we were there... the food was ready for who knows how long, just sitting there, while we also just sat there. The workers apologized which was nice, tried to play it off and lighten the mood... but yeah still not too happy about the situation.

It’s an arm and a leg for very little meat they put in the sandwich. It is very good. But expensive. I spent lil over $67 with my family, two adults, two kids. And my special brain didn’t think to order condiments or veggies thinking they would ask me as they’re making it. I rode the short bus so that’s on me. i mayo would’ve made paying half a days work pay for sandwiches a little less painful.
