    This is the LAST time we will EVER step foot into BWW... This place is absolutely DISGUSTING, the service is horrid as well as the food sucks and is overly priced. Came in today to watch the game (they weren't very busy) and as usual, we just stood there a while while and got ignored while several of the workers just starred at us and said nothing. I had to go to the bathroom, walked in and it was the general scuzzy look until I opened up the stalls... The first two stalls each had what looked to be blood or feces "butt print" marks on the seats. As well as toilet paper pieces all over the floor. I had to wait to use the last stall which thankfully didn't have anything on the seat but the bathrooms in general looked like they haven't been cleaned in a long period or they wouldn't have been THAT dirty. When I walked out of the stall, my daughter was waiting for me and there was a worker standing in the mirror just playing with her hair. I told my daughter if she needed to use the bathroom to use the last stall because everything was extremely nasty and didn't look to have been cleaned. The worker just continued to play with her hair in the mirror and probably stayed in there a good 5 minutes or so just doing that. She walked out of the bathroom still playing with her hair and then went over to handle the silverware and give it to people who just sat down. They tried to sit us in a booth with a broken seat and that had an old dirty bandaid stuck to it that you could tell had been there a while... That is absolutely disgusting, especially in a place of food. We decided to just leave. Between how unclean and poor the staff was, we decided we will never return. We visited a couple weeks ago and had the same issues. Though that time we ordered food and the wings came out rock hard with barely any meat in them. It was mostly breading. The nachos.. the chips were stale tastings and they just piled a small amount of toppings in the middle so you are stuck with a big plate of stale chips and no toppings unless you want to pay extra to get more toppings. They don't listen to how you want your drinks made and they either act like you are ruining their day when you try to get one refill or they are nowhere to be found or just grouped up chit chatting instead of taking care of the customers. We had one girl that was continually trying to rush us through our meal to leave because she didn't want to work... Don't waste your time or money here. We have found other places in the area, better priced with better food that you can spend your money at AND watch the game.

    I try to order a captain and coke no coke order a watermelon drink from drink menu dont have it order a can of something from the drink menu sorry we dont have that. Big failure in drinks not wanting to be back now.

    There were only 3 tables occupied when we went in and for some reason, there was an argument between two of the floor staff about seating us. Three of the 4 items I chose on the sampler were cold. I had the beef on weck, the boneless wings, which I didn't order, and the pickle chips were all cold. The only item that was hot was the buffalo chips. The beef on weck, while cold, tasted good. The au jous was fresh out of the refrigerator. The tea we were served was sour. My fiance had similar results with her sampler plate. We should have known to go elsewhere as the grounds were not kept up, usually one of the signs a place is getting ready to go under. Our form of complaining is to just not go back, which we will never do again.

    Waited 20 minutes for a server to come to our table after being immediately seated. Ordered drinks and food all at once. Waited another 45 minutes for the food. Came out cold, wasn’t correct, and was missing a whole person’s order. Waited another 10 minutes for that to come out. By the time it came out everyone else was done eating. Server never came back to ask how it was. Definitely will not be coming back anytime soon. Very disappointing!

    Got a menu right away (sat at the bar) then about 50 mins later they finally took our order . Food was served , not timely or slow but average wait time , took a bite and it was cold…. Damn near frost on it . I sent it back . They offered to warm it up but by that time I wasn’t even hungry anymore nor did I wanna wait any longer . Friend ordered boned in wings and they were the tiniest wings we ever seen . It was like skin on a bone . That was almost comical. Every time we go there , their service and food gets worse and worse … today we finally said we’re not going back ever again .
