  I never put time into giving reviews but i feel compelled to here as ive never seen such a horribly ran restaurant which used to be a great place to come for lunch. It has become a shocking disaster and i know its under new management and the night time bartender skinny long hair tattooed neck was telling us that the new GM was horrible and doesnt know what she is doing which makes alot of sense as the food quality is garbage and the overall atmosphere has taken a full 360 compared to last year.

  I dont normally give bad reviews being i truly understand retail but, this might be the worst ive ever seen this restaurant. I dont know how hard it is to whip up some nachos or dunk a couple chicken wings but have mercy on these people that cant figure this out. Waiting an hour and a half for the food you ordered when the place itself had maybe six people including the staff is astounding. After the wait, the order was STILL not correct. Like how?? It wasnt busy, the staff seemed confused, the manager was lost in the back and here we are in a haze of despair. I will not be back and its real sad where this franchise was compared to what it is now.

  The worst example of management i have seen! 45 min to get 1/2 my order. The waitresses who she was lovely gave no explanation . She informed me the manager whom Im sure was in an office somewhere told her that I could either wait for my other 1/2 or pay for what I have, (thanks) But they are not allowed to give a discount unless we directly ask, Really a restaurant/ kitchen manager doesn't know ticket times?

  Stopped here on our way back from a road trip with my 4 kids. Brooklyn was our server and she was fantastic from the moment we were sat til we left. A lot of times we feel like a bother coming into a restaurant with a family of 6. Not only did we never feel like this, she went above and beyond with our service and was so kind with the kids. They had so much fun talking with her. Another staff member also brought us a few things when she was busy and was equally pleasant. If we didn't live two hours away, we would be back regularly with this kind of experience. The food was also very good, prompt and we had everything we needed without even having to ask.
