  Horrible customer service. They messed up my food. I called and said they would remake my sandwich... But then said instead of letting us keep the other sandwich, that they wanted it back to THROW IT AWAY! What a waste of food! And then when I asked for other compensation for the inconvenience, she said "well we are remaking your sandwich.." and thought that was good enough. Then hung up on me. I had to call back and talk to the manager. The manager was nice, but the employee was rude.

  The food was good but the WORST for trying to get in and out of to the point of not wanting to go back.

  They outsource every delivery to UberEats and it takes an hour or better almost every single time. Remember when Jimmy Johns was freaky fast? Would be faster to order it yourself through UberEats.

  This location gets my complicated order correctly everytime, staff is usually pretty friendly as well.
