They got all of the subs I ordered wrong. I had to explain what "Jimmy it up" means and they still didn't do it right. This is not the first time this location has messed the hole thing up. Sorry but will not be back. You guys suck.

The food is always great, but there have been countless times when I’ve ordered for delivery and they’ve called me to update me on the status of my order even when it’s been through DoorDash or Uber eats. Countless times I have been given extra chips or desserts for free when I’ve had to come pick up orders myself if there has been no one to deliver the food. If you guys are absolute rock stars and are always a pleasure!

The nighttime "manager" needs a huge lesson in customer service. On November 8th we placed an order for delivery. After almost an hour of not hearing about the order being out for delivery we called to inquire. We were told there was not a nighttime driver and they had to use an outside source for delivery. When I tried to voice my frustration that this was not "freaky fast", calmly might I add, I was hung up on. And when I tried to call back the phone would not be answered, and my order was cancelled. I drove to the store to place the same order and when the manager, Jeffrey (or so he said his name was) realized I was the same person, I told him I didn't appreciate being hung up on, and he replied he didn't appreciate my attitude. He promptly hit cancel on the credit card machine and told us to get out and that he had the right to refuse service to anyone and in the same breath said he could call the cops. He was completely over reactive and should not be employed in a customer service field, and definitely not manager material. I was appalled at this whole interaction. We usually order weekly from this store.

It is horrible service. I ordered online twice. The first time canceled my order after I waited for 45 minutes. Today the 2nd time I wait for my sandwich and it never was delivered. When I got to the place they closed the door in my nose. Now I have to wait until tomorrow after work to get my money back. This was on the fitchburg location.
This is very inconvenient!!!!!
I will take my service for now on to subway or Emilios that I never had any problem with delivery.
