  Demon, I believe his name was. Horrible service! Came with family 20-30 minutes before they even close. The whole time I was ordering, he kept saying that we close at 9. He declined to warm up the sandwich for my wife who’s pregnant. Very unacceptable behavior and service! The other 2 gentleman’s deserve a raise because they did everything they can to turn the situation around, while the “manager” as he calls himself threatened to call his manager lol. When did this customer service went to trash? SMH.

  They got all of the subs I ordered wrong. I had to explain what "Jimmy it up" means and they still didn't do it right. This is not the first time this location has messed the hole thing up. Sorry but will not be back. You guys suck.

  It is horrible service. I ordered online twice. The first time canceled my order after I waited for 45 minutes. Today the 2nd time I wait for my sandwich and it never was delivered. When I got to the place they closed the door in my nose. Now I have to wait until tomorrow after work to get my money back. This was on the fitchburg location. This is very inconvenient!!!!! I will take my service for now on to subway or Emilios that I never had any problem with delivery.
