My order was made incorrectly, and when I called the store to have the issue corrected, I expected a simple apology and a solution. Instead, I was met with arguments, a rude attitude, and complete disrespect. The person who identified themselves as the general manager argued with me instead of taking responsibility for the mistake. When I asked for their name, they refused to provide it, which is incredibly unprofessional. A manager should set the standard for customer service, not make customers feel like they’re being attacked for reporting an issue. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I simply wanted the order I paid for. Mistakes happen, but refusing to own them and treating customers with disrespect is unacceptable. I hope Domino’s corporate looks into how this location is being managed because no customer should have to deal with this level of poor service. I will be taking my business elsewhere unless significant changes are made.⭐☆☆☆☆

The Domino’s app and text alerts marked our order “ready,” but when my elderly parents arrived for pickup, the order was not actually done. They waited around 20 extra minutes beyond the stated ready time just trying to get an update. When I called the store, the manager first claimed there was no order under my name, then immediately found it once I described the pizza. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he became aggressive, yelled over the phone, and accused my parents of being rude simply for asking about an overdue order. I understand delays happen during busy times. The issue was the manager’s behavior and how the situation was handled. Threatening to call the police over customers asking about an order status was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Corporate should review the cameras and phone recordings from that time period.
