- NNNora NovekMay 11, 20262.0my barista was so rude today. I was a barista so I am always kind saying thank you and please, and have a nice day. This barista however was so rude. I said have a nice day she rolled her eyes and gave me a frown. She was very rude when taking my order and aggressively took my cash out of my hand and rolled her eyes. I understand at 7:40 on a Monday morning may not be the most pleasant time of the day, but there is no reason to take out on the customers. I know there may be other circumstances why she was upset or rude, but I am still upset on the way I was treated.

I don’t know if the workers need more training on how to follow a recipe or what. Caribou is normally my favorite place to get coffee However, this place disappoints every time.
