  Typically i rarely have an issue with this place. HOWEVER, last night I had maybe the worst instance of being served there. The worker taking my order at the drive thru was unprofessional and took 4 tries to understand “two grilled cheese burritos with chicken instead of beef, and one no chipotle sauce.” And then the other worker, a tall, thin, bald man wearing glasses said “take your sh*t and get out,” followed up by “here is your atrocious abomination” when handing me a dirty Baja zero, which wasn’t even the zero, I was handed a full sugar Baja. They also burnt out potato grillers and swapped the stickers on our grilled cheese burritos.

  7/28/26 -FYI - They are trying out AI drive thru ordering, so I have questions, & I cannot ask anyone, because there is no way to do that. Get to window & can’t tell if anyone is working, look at hours and yes they are open until 1 am. Still waiting, mind you it’s 1030 at night, just got done working so I just want to get food & go home. There is nobody at window still waiting… no other cars ahead of me so there is no reason they haven’t taken my payment yet. I had 2 cantina crunchy taco’s very simple order … finally I see 2 guys making some food …. Where were they prior … 1 guy has the gross greasy long hair sticking out of his baseball hat, & he’s making my food … I’m grossed out, hair should be tied back & the guy needs a shower. Finally, someone get’s my payment & get home and as you can see below barely no chicken & on top of that chicken is dried out. I know you’re thinking well what do you expect it’s Taco Bell, no that’s where we are in society where we don’t expect quality standards, yet they keep raising prices for food everywhere. I’m tired of it, so now I’m giving reviews to all these crappy places. I eat out a lot, very disappointing. These fast food places in Elkorn, Delavan, & Lake Geneva have ZERO standards for their employees appearance & cleanliness , and that’s NOT acceptable they are serving food! I will NEVER go here again in a pinch, because that’s the only time they get my business.

  Placed an order on the TB app. Arrived at TB just after 9am. Another person was in front of me at the drive thru. It appeared no one was manning the drive thru. Someone, who I believe was an employee, pulled up just out side the drive thru lane, blocking it, and walked into the building. When I drove back around the building, employees were placing cones by the door to block entrance into the building. I left and canceled my order. Looks like I will be going to the TB in Delavan from now on as their service is much more consistent.

  Im not even gon lie, dude that does the drive through at night is awesome. Hes always happy, polite, funny, he be busting his butt in there every time I come here. We all know T-Bell is the late night spot and I always hope Livingston is here. TACO BELL, give this man a raise or at least some recognition. Buy a car too, iykyk 😎
