Well the food is great but for a newer remodel is is shot now the carpet over by the party room looks and you can feel lups in the carpet where something was spilled and was never cleaned up Correctly the bathroom was filthy floor was so sticky my shoes were sticky to the floor and same by the Buffet and the food dump/plate cart needs to have a blocked off a little bit better I was sitting behind the cart and every time something was dumping there I felt it on the back of my shirt and 90% of the tables were dirty so I wouldn't recommend this place

Probably the worst experience I've had at a Pizza Ranch. The selection of pizza on the buffet was very limited. Only 2 or 3 pizzas out at a time. There were probably 20-30 people in the restaurant. There were never any of the cheese bread sticks out for the 30 minutes I was there. The marinara for the non existent bread sticks and noodles was thick and not very good. The gravy for the chicken and the mashed potatoes seemed like it was watered down and had very little taste. No one came to clear dishes from tables. Customer were bussing their own tables. If this would have been by first visit to a Pizza Ranch I would not go back.

The woman at the register was nice. It didn’t make up for the all the food that was dried out or empty. It all looked like it was left overs from lunch or the day before. We had to ask for fresh food to be put out. Watched a worker bring out fresh chicken and dumped the fresh chicken right on top of the old dried up stuff. There was a hard layer of crusty stuff on the potatoes, gravy, and noodles. The biscuits were like hockey pucks. The salad bar wasn’t awful but that probably is what most people ate because the rest of the food was so bad. And the dessert bar was awful. Nothing fresh on it either. The price we paid for our family to not eat hardly anything was so wrong. Very bad experience, we will not be back.

A worker (women) was yelling at a younger coworker (8/16 at around 730-745pm) and also when we walked in she ignored us and had an attitude. We you still like coming here and it was a little more clean but this time there’s a lot of dirty tables. No one came around to pick up our plates and they were rude. Coworkers don’t think we’ll be coming back anymore, especially with the yelling in front of customers.

So I came here with a group of 5, just for a time out. It was the day where buy 1 adult get a kid free. When we sat down and got up there were very few kid friendly choices. Alot of the pizzas were veggie, buffalo chicken and 2 that had onions. We got our 1st plate and sat down. The noodles were cold, i couldnt add sauce because the tomato sauce was burnt and not stocked at all the 2x i went up to try to eat something else. The bread sticks were okay, my daughter commented hers was hard it was. We were there at least 2 hours, not many pizzas came out. My daughter felt so fustrated and stuck with salad after her 1st plate. My son got stuck with pizza he didnt want taco, buffalo pizza and again more onion pizza. There was a table that had 6 people they had a pizza brought to them so they didnt have to wait. They wasted 3 slices of it. After a plate which was 2 scoops of noodles, a few scoops of potatoes with gravy again nuke warm and a piece of chicken that was nuke warm. I stuck with salad as well next plate. Pizza looked like it was sitting a while. Moved on to desert the cookie was crunchy and dark my son commented on the same thing. My friend and I looked at the lack of choices and felt fustrated expecially with 3 kids. We were told they had kid friendly choices up front. When we were leaving they had restocked the pizzas we went at about 5:30 we also commented on the way out now they stock! Also I got a mountian dew it was watery at both machines. I also tried the lemonade which was watery at both stations. Front person was really friendly so that was a plus and why the 3 stars otherwise it get 1. I'd love to come back and try again but for a kids eat free day I deffinstly expected more kid choices besides 1 pizza that was 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni and sausage in the entire 2 hours we were there which had 4 pieces. I went up 6-8x times btw the kids nothing changed. Also people were grabbing things with bare hands as well the fsmily that got the extra pizza served to them kids were eating in the line. Alot of the buffet items were mixed. Tomato sauce was burnt and not replaced. Our dishes were not collected at all the entire time we were there we saw 1 person moving around btw the front and the dining room. My kids felt bad she was working so hard. I left hungry so that was fustrating expecially for a buffet place.
