  If you choose to go to this location you will wait for an unnecessary long time to get food that is lower quality than a typical McDonald's. Employees will be rude and make zero effort. The owners don't care and will never do anything to make improvements here. All they care about is their money they still get to collect from this location. I haven't gone here in a year, went today and absolutely nothing has changed. Still horrible service.

  Ordered a Doordash delivery for my family. They didn’t pack the two medium fries I paid for and instead put about 50 ketchup and mayonnaise packets in the bag (not an exaggeration—I didn’t ask for any either). Don’t know what worker thought it was funny or if they’re just utterly incompetent, but it’s disappointing—not to mention wasteful—and I likely won’t trust this McDonald’s with delivery again.

  The manager was very rude when asked why this isn’t made correctly and then I am told this is how they’re made. Clearly not. Especially when ordering a large and getting charged for a large to only receive a medium in cup. Then wants to have attitude when asked for a refund of the difference between sizes. Wasn’t looking for handout but was looking to receive what I pay for

  I ordered fresh coffee and said if I had to wait for it, I was good with that The man who took the order was great. He said he ordered fresh coffee and he did. I drove up to the window and a woman had my coffee ready and waiting for me. She seemed to be rushing me. I drove off. Planned to enjoy McDonald's fresh large coffee. I tried a couple times to drink it and couldn't. The coffee was not fresh. Didn't even smell like a fresh coffee smes but I ignored that. I had to pour it out. Could NOT drink it. Couldn't go back but I was disappointed. I had paid for a bad cup of coffee. I stopped at another McDonald's a week later requesting coffee the same way. On my way home, I was going to start drinking my coffee. I always order it black, no cream, no sugar. I was gone from that town. Luckily for some reason I opened the top. There was milk in it. I had to pour that one out, too, after paying for it. I realize people who don't drink coffee think die-hard fresh coffee drinkers like me won't know the difference so they don't make an effort to please the customer. You lose business. I'll go to Dunkin Donuts.
