- TSTony Spigarelli3 days ago1.0This is the second time I have experienced this in as many weeks. This location appears to have a new person running the drive thru the last couple of weeks. They are parking every car that pulls up to the second window, where they are supposed to hand you your food. I know they are just trying to lower their drive thru timer, to make them selves look better for corporate. They are not saving them selves time in reality, and they're very confused on what food belongs to what vehicle that is parked. They are literally bring out the food outside, right after you park, when vehicles could just sit at the window for the extra 15 seconds for their food. My complaints are the following: receiving incorrect food order when parked, food is served cold after being parked, staff not knowledgeable of which vehicle is to receive the food that is being brought outside. Please fix the drive thru.

I frequently go here because of the convenience and I specifically asked for my entire order to made fresh due to the amount of times I’ve came to this McDonald’s and was given extremely cold food! After today I am completely done with this store and will rather drive 15 minutes out my way to get what I ask for! Absolutely unacceptable service! This place needs an entire new crew and management at this point!
