  It’s the forth of July today I ordered for a family of 5. Didn’t check the bag before coming home and noticed I only went home with fries and I did snack on them on the way home and they were cold the second I got them. Came back and they gave me my food but didn’t value my gas, nor time wasted. I was angry and used curse words I should’ve have, but never called nobody names. The orange haired working the cash register had the audacity to tell me have some respect and I am furious. Absolutely furious!!

  I was craving wings and heard the food was actually good here. And, I'll agree! I was pleasantly surprised! We got 20 boneless wings: 5 garlic parm, 5 mild, 5 Korean bbq, and 5 hickory smoked bbq. All were delicious! AND they have homemade ranch, too!! And their fries were so good! So, I totally approve of this experience here! It made me sad to see they have 2.7 stars because our experience was really good. Like I said, I was pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be back.

  Idk why people are complaining…I’ve ordered from Uber Eats 7 times now and everytime my wings come within a reasonable time and are delicious. I have Uber Eats gold so maybe that affects who they are prioritizing but if that’s the case then thats tough for yall

  I ordered twenty bone in wings with two different types of sauces on them. I was pretty disappointed when I found several of the wings still had some 1” long feathers from the chicken still on them. I threw those away because it looked gross. I won’t order from here again. The wings that I did eat had decent flavor though. The staff at the Wingstop were all very friendly and polite though.

  I love that Eau Claire FINALLY has a good chicken chain restaurant! I've had Wingstop before plenty of times in the cities and this location has higher quality and better customer service than all of those experiences combined. The sandwiches are tasty, the fries are great, perfectly seasoned, and the wings have the right amount of sauce spice and options. The opening day I made an online order for pickup and had to wait an hour but that's ok because I expected that from the 3rd party ordering apps ruining restaurant experiences and service. Anyone giving low reviews I solely blame on them either ordering online through 3rd party or their taste buds haven't developed yet.
