  No high chairs, was told corporate said to get rid of them. Bathrooms weren't very clean, the dining room could have been cleaner. Service was mediocre at best.

  Place used to be decent, the food is always old now, service is nonexistent, and the atmosphere is depressing. Always a line of ppl waiting and not enough employees working. They served me potatoes so old last time I had to spit them out cuz u couldn't even chew them, had to be sitting out for hours upon hours. I have given them like 5 chances to make a decent order. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location. F-

  We waited at the order menu for 45 minutes with cars behind us. They said they were slammed with online orders and there was a wait. Okay, that's fine I get it. It happens. When we finally got to order and got to the window, the woman said their system must be broken because she didn't know we were sitting in the drive up. We got our order after an hour from start to finish and we checked the bag before leaving. We had the wrong order (hard shell was given instead of soft and we were missing another hard shell taco from a combo). I told the employee that the order was wrong and I ordered softshell not hard. She got upset and reacted poorly, trying to argue that I actually ordered hardshell. I said I wanted to return the order at this point. Another worked jumped in (no name tag but she was a black woman with short hair) who was extremely helpful and understanding. She said they would make sure I got the right food and remade it. I'm grateful that employee was there, she needs a raise and a vacation. Overall rating was because of the extremely long wait times, the reasons why it was such a long wait (specifically not seeing us?), and the attitude from the first employee. Only reason its not 1 star is the second employee.

  Went here to pick up a mobile order. I sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. Went inside and it was another 5 min before someone came to the register to check me in. Waited 35 minutes to get my food. It came out as I was about to just leave and get a refund. Do not go to this location. They were doing SOMETHING in the back, but nobody there was getting food. Terrible.

  When we got there, there was a dude high out of his mind who informed us that the lobby was closed and was frighteningly upset about that. The food was incredibly mid for how long it took for them to make.
