  They lied on their website and said that they had breakfast now me my Bestfriend and my mom are passed because I wanted that damn biscuit and they said "sorry we dont ha e breakfast any more" They are liars and they need to be fired

  Worst experience I’ve had at fast food in a very long time. Stood at the counter and nobody came to help. Wasn’t busy at all. So after about 10m of waiting we went and ordered from the kiosk. Kiosk was super slow, not intuitive, and had entirely too many buttons to hit to get to the checkout. You’d think for a multi billion dollar company they would invest in software engineers who could create a software that could deliver an easy checkout experience or they could hire an employee to man the front counter I’d be happy with either of those options…

  Probably the worst place I’ve ever had to DoorDash food from. At least 6-7 employees avoided speaking to me as I waited for 15 minutes.

  I was told to place an order at the kiosk, it did not accept my order. Of course it didn't print a receipt, so i had to ask if they got it. They stated no, i then placed another order, same thing. They took my money though no order. They refused to take my order at the counter, so after time 3 and 25 min later they decided to take my order. They then proceeded to place my tray of food on another table and while it waited there. The gentleman ate fries, then, he received his actual food where the employee picked the tray of food up, which was my food. I then went to the counter to ask where my order was.And to proceeded to hand me the exact same tray, the man ate off of. This is now 45 min later. They refused to make new food. Now I'm waiting on money to possibly go off a pending hold. Completely disgusted by the staff and the new walls all employees hide behind.
